From an infection prevention perspective, please always wash your hands and use this product in a clean environment before use.

We recommend unpacking the product just before use to maintain sterility.

Assemble the holder and attach the semen collection sheet. Adjust so that the tip of the semen collection sheet rests on the base.

Ejaculate onto the semen collection sheet and collect the semen. After collection, slowly draw up the semen with the syringe.

💡 Tip: If semen is challenging to draw up, allowing it to sit for 10-15 minutes will liquefy it, making it easier to draw up.

After opening the Prement Gel, place the syringe in the bag and apply the gel evenly.

Insert gently into the vagina and slowly inject the semen. After the injection, rest lying down for about 10 minutes without removing it.

Choose either a "semen collection container" or an ultra water-repellent "Prement Semen Collection Sheet" for semen collection

Prepare one syringe and one catheter each, and connect the catheter to the syringe tip. When connecting, insert the catheter firmly to the syringe tip.

💡 Tip: The catheter can be attached to the syringe while remaining sterile without removing it from the package.

Ejaculate into the collection cup or collection sheet and collect the semen.

First, pull the syringe slightly to introduce air. Slowly draw up the semen with the syringe with the catheter attached.
