Shelf life & storage

3 years from manufacture date when stored unopened. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once a pouch is opened, the applicator should be used within that ovulation cycle and cannot be re-sterilized.

Your Prement kit arrives in a plain, unbranded shipping box. The sender label reads only "Prement Co." — no medical terminology, no fertility-related words, no images. Nothing on the outside of the package suggests what's inside.

Customs & duties

For orders shipping to the United States, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by Prement. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise charges when your package arrives.

Tracking

Returns

Because Prement is a sterile, single-use medical product, we cannot accept returns of opened kits — this is to protect the safety of every customer. However:

I want to be honest with you about what Prement is, and what it isn't.

Prement is not a fertility treatment. It's a carefully designed tool that helps you do something very simple — gently delivering sperm closer to the cervix — in the privacy of your home, with equipment that's safe, sterile, and easy to use correctly.

For many of the people who come to us, this is a meaningful first step. They aren't ready, financially or emotionally, to walk into a fertility clinic yet. They want to try in their own space, on their own timeline, before exploring other options.

For the best chance of success

• Track your fertile window. Prement works best when timed within the 24 hours before ovulation. Use ovulation predictor kits, basal body temperature, or a cycle app.
• Stay still afterward. The 15–30 minutes after using the applicator matter more than people think. Lying flat with hips slightly elevated allows gravity to do its quiet work.
• Try across multiple cycles. Even under perfect conditions, healthy couples typically take 3–6 months to conceive. One cycle without a positive test is not a sign that something is wrong — it's biology.
• Take care of yourself between cycles. Sleep, stress, and overall health all influence fertility.

When to talk to a doctor

Prement is designed to be a thoughtful first step — not a replacement for medical care when it's needed. Please consult a fertility specialist if:

• You've been actively trying for 12 months (or 6 months if 35 or older) without success
• You have known reproductive health conditions — PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, low sperm count
• Your cycles are irregular, or you suspect you're not ovulating
• You experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms during or after use
