When people around you ask, "Any kids yet?" or when friends share their pregnancy news, it's natural to feel sad, and sometimes even jealous or angry.
You might also find yourself thinking, "I shouldn't feel this way," and try to deny those emotions.
But it's important to honestly accept those feelings as they are.
Everyone lives in their own unique situation and environment.
It's okay to have a variety of emotions—even feelings of sadness or jealousy. Try to embrace all of them by saying to yourself, "I see, sometimes I do feel this way."
Just knowing that it's perfectly normal for you to have these feelings—that they can arise and exist within you—is enough.
